Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. The short version

If something arrives damaged or wrong, we make it right at no cost to you. If you simply change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to return the item in unused condition for a refund. Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any point before it ships. Email admin@thecrazyproductz.com with your order number as soon as possible, or call +1 (307) 306-6446. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it can still be returned under the 30-day policy below.

3. Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.

4. Change-of-mind returns (30 days)

Not what you hoped? You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll confirm your refund by email.

5. How to start a return

  1. Email admin@thecrazyproductz.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't ship anything back before receiving these — unauthorized returns can't be processed.
  3. Ship the item with tracking and send us the tracking number.
  4. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method.

6. Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit — typically 3–10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and nothing has arrived, contact us and we'll chase it down.
